Secure
The ITM Business Suite provides a role-based security model that supports variety of users inside and outside of the IT organization. By linking to an organization's existing LDAP or Active Directory server, the ITM Business Suite enables single username/password for users, minimizing account administration costs. Furthermore, organizations can choose to manage roles and user groups in either ITM or LDAP / Active Directory, depending on which approach best fits.

The ITM Business Suite is architected to readily support other locales and languages. English and Japanese languages are currently supported.
